Accessing the Hospital water main (in lieu of original plan) to tap water approximately 1000 feet away saved our partnership over $80,000.

You effectively and efficiently assisted us with our Union coordination as well as navigating the city and county permits, inspections and final CO approval.  Your local contacts proved to be very valuable.  We benefited greatly by the quality of your individual subs and especially the hands-on performance of your foreman, Tim McBride.  If we were to do this exercise all over again, I am quite sure we would look to Pernikoff Construction first.

Our site was being built at the same time Ballpark Village was under construction ($100 million project), thus causing a number of obstacles (deliveries, access to the site, lack of utilities…), but they were able to stay on schedule and on budget.  The on-site supervision and their choice of trades were instrumental in meeting our goal.

We were faced with a very aggressive completion schedule that if not met, would have resulted in substantial costs to both the Landlord and Tenant.  Pernikoff was able to put together a phenomenal team of subcontractors, laborers and a quality experienced Superintendent that enabled us to complete our project on time.
