The focus on providing early pre-construction services enables our project teams to advise the client and add value to the project at every stage.
During the project, the project manager/estimator that initially meets with client from start is there to the end of the project. This allows Pernikoff to build that personal and business relationship with each client.

Commercial General Contractor
Full-service commercial contractor for new, ground up construction, additions, and interior tenant finish.
Design/Build
Capability of bringing architect, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, designers, and client together to work toward one goal of completing client’s construction needs.

Oversee the construction of new or renovation projects. Coordinate project to be on schedule, value engineer where needed to meet client’s budget, quality control, review of bills, change orders, and invoicing.

Purchase, build, design, and contract with client for purchase to buy or lease.
Custom Residential
Interior or exterior renovations or additions to homes or condos.
Insurance Restoration
Rebuild damaged commercial, industrial, or residential properties. Work with client to ensure adequate money received from insurance and then restore damage.
Carpentry Contractor
Union carpentry contractor who can perform rough and finish carpentry for many local developers, national clients, and national general contractors that need skilled craftsmen for local projects.
Custom Woodworking
In-house woodworking shop that possesses the ability to fabricate custom wood or laminate cabinetry for commercial and residential projects, custom doors, restaurant bars, laminate countertops, and wood trim.
Green Building
Upon request, Pernikoff has capabilities of utilizing green building products on new construction or renovated projects.
Consultant Services
Pernikoff will perform building analysis for clients looking to renovate property, purchase a new building, create a “how to make building more green program,” or act as professional witness on construction and insurance disputes.
